Don't miss this exhibition of Vivian's latest work - Year of the Savage - an installation of image fragments. Part film noir, part Nietzschian anti-morality tirade, and part monster mash.

Hi there film lovers.
Our good friends at The Shadow Electric have released their 2013 summer film program and the season has gotten off to a rollicking start.
There's a wild bunch of films on offer and no better place to soak them up than on the stately grounds of the Abbotsford Convent. The bar, live music and table tennis are pretty appealing, too.
One & Eight's Rich Easton brings his movie genius to the copywriting, while CC&Co has taken care of the design.
Check out the website or grab a copy from good cafes, bookshops and the like.

We've just begun working with the good folks at The Shadow Electric, an outdoor cinema located in the beautiful surrounds of the Abottsford Convent.
A stellar addition to the Melbourne film scene, The Shadow Electric kicked things off in 2012 with a successful first season showing nearly 50 films.
The team are putting together their 2013 program but in the meantime check out their Tour De France pop-up bar - Domestique.

Rooftops en Plein Air
My past use of watercolour techniques has been primarily for creating characters and sets for animation.
For this first exhibition of paintings I've moved from motion to stillness, focusing on rooftops and rooflines, the jumbled horizon that separates the city from the wide-open sky.
